TRANSPARENCIA Es un atributo o cualidad que nos permite tener mas información clara y precisa sobre algo o alguien, lo que mejora nuestra capacidad para comprenderlo, vigilarlo mejor e incluso comunicarnos mejor. Con el termino transparencia, “se a querido hacer referencia a aquella cualidad de los gobiernos democráticos consistente en dejar ver al publico sus estructuras, funcionamiento y proceso de toma de decisiones “.

RENDICION DE CUENTAS La rendición de cuentas es un proceso proactivo en el que los servidores públicos obligados a ello informan u justifican sus planes de acción, comportamiento y resultados; al mismo tiempo se sujetan a los castigos y recompensas correspondientes. Se considera como un instrumento que puede utilizarse para detectar el abuso de poder y garantizar que los gobernantes cumplan con transparencia honestidad, eficiencia y eficacia el mandato otorgado por los ciudadanos atreves de las elecciones.
