  2. Our Services ER Card is an electronic personal health record (ePHR) providing secure and easy access to one’s up-to-date personal health information. ER Card provides 2 options of access to your PHR Option 1) ER Card portable USB flash drive Option 2) ER Card on-line medical record

Option 1 • ER Card Customers have 3 choices of USB flash drives to provide caregivers with their medical information: • ER Card Slim Credit card • ER Card Jelly Bracelet • ER Card key chain • This portable software tool will enable you to create and electronic personal health record that can be easily and readily shared with doctors, emergency personnel and other health care providers. Just simply plug the ER Card into any USB port on any Windows OS based Computer. The program runs automatically.

Option 2 ER Card on-line records membership ER Card offers an option to upgrade to full service membership and create an on-line personal health record that can be accessed via the internet 24/7 by medical operators, physicians and other caregivers if you don’t have your USB flash drive with you. This is also a very useful service for information sharing across settings, from rescue to emergency department to follow up with PCP – medication, diagnosis and treatment. The ER Card USB flash drive also syncs with the secure, on-line electronic health record so that when information is added, it is always updated every time you plug in the USB

  5. ER Card on-line records Our proprietary software provides a user-friendly means to create an electronic personal health record and to share it with healthcare providers.

There are 2 ways to view and share the on-line PHR information 1) By the Internet Members can give the user name and password to Authorized caregivers who can then access the member information via the ER Card website. 2) By E-mail A complete record can be electronically transmitted via email by authorized caregivers to physicians, EMT’s Hospitals and Doctors from the on-line PHR via the ER Card website.
