  1. E’ TEMPO DI VENDEMMIA ! DALL’UVA AL VINO Quest'anno nel mese di ottobre abbiamo realizzato con i bambini della Scuola dell‘Infanzia, un percorso didattico su come si fa il vino. L'attività è iniziata con l'osservazione dei tralci, dei pampini e dei grappoli. Utilizzando i sensi, l’ uva è stata guardata, toccata, ma soprattutto assaggiata. Ai bambini abbiamo proposto di visitare una cantina e insieme al contadino abbiamo provato a fare il vino. Tutti si sono mostrati subito entusiasti.

  4. FACCIAMO IL VINO NELLA CANTINA DI NONNO ROCCO … METTIAMO A FERMENTARE I GRAPPOLI D’ UVA NEL TINO POI LI PIGIAMO BENE BENE NEL TORCHIO COSÌ DAI CHICCHI ESCE IL SUCCO

  5. POI VERSIAMO IL SUCCO NELLA BOTTE E SI METTE A DORMIRE PER UN PO’. QUANDO SI SVEGLIA, IL SUCCO E’ DIVENTATO VINO.DOPO LO ASSAGGIAMO:”UHM … E’ PROPRIO BUONO!”
