  3. Restricted Period Currently In Effect What is a restricted period? This is the time between when a solicitation is released and the contract is awarded. Existing Contract This is the First Periodic Recruitment to expand the vendor pool and product offerings of the existing Manufacturers’ Umbrella Contract currently containing 70 Contractors from original solicitation.   9. Overview The Manufacturers’ Umbrella Contract includes the following lots, Lot 1 – Software, Lot 2 – Hardware, Lot 3 – Cloud, and Lot 4 – Implementation Services for product in Lots 1-3. Includes a mandatory second-tier competition through RFQ process. Each RFQ includes transaction specific requirements based on Authorized User needs. 70 current contracts awarded starting in 2015

Positive Changes • Changes made to the standard Appendix B, based on feedback from the Business Council, have been incorporated into the Manufacturers’ Umbrella terms and conditions. • Additional changes to terms and conditions, based on advice from a cloud specific consultant OGS has hired, have been made. • Other business friendly changes to terms and conditions have been incorporated.
