  4. Literature: Answer questions about lit. elements in the story • 1. The Great Gatsby: characterization, tone, dialect, plot, etc. • 2. You will be given a few short passages to answer the following: example of faulty logic, main idea, setting, point of view, tone, theme, climax

  5. Language • Review all grammatical and language rules we have covered in our Daily Language Activities. • For example: commas, conjunctions, parallel structure, active/passive voice, punctuation, capitalization, semi-colons, quotation marks, etc.
