Leadership "you” Vision Boards Who steers Your “leadership”? • Using: • Poster Board: 22"X 28" (minimum size) • Rubber Cement • & Photographs, Words, Symbols, Quotes, Magazines cutouts, etc. • Create: • A Vision Board that describes who you want to become as a leader • Incorporating all of whom you’d like to become, including your thinking, feeling, doing and being self. • There may be many people who inspire you and that is excellent, but the question remains… • Who do you want to become?
