  20. Creative Commons Licenses • Six, free copy-right licenses to general public • Licenses allow creators to communicate: • which rights they reserve, and • which rights they waive for the benefit of recipients or other creators

  21. CC BY All resources created (new builds and revisions) using DOL grant funds must be released under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license (CC BY).
