  5. What Levels of Analysis are required to Ensure that the Gender Responsive Project Components are Developed • Precise and specific indicators • Measure and evaluate gender participation at every level of the project cycle.

Make a convincing arguments to the Cabinet on your Proposal • Health benefits spreads to the entire household • Economic benefits (time for other activities) • Cost benefits (O & M costs go down) • Socio- economic benefits (recognition of women in the society) • Sustainability of infrastructure
