  4. What has changed – Alert Observations • Time: • Time plus AM/PM indication changed into 24 Hrs clock • Convention • HH:MM format to be used

What has changed – Alert Observations • Unannounced AO: • Field ( Yes/No) added to indicate if the AO was announced or not • Unannounced means that the observer appears on site without giving a heads up or pre-notice to the persons observed • One should strive to maximize the number of unannounced visits
