Upfront Engineering Design Kick-Off • Kick-off meeting allows us to present proposed designs to our clients. • Our clients specifications are reviewed and any changes that may be required are discussed and agreed upon. This includes mold type, steel types, gating, tolerances, etc. • Product design changes, if any, are reviewed and action plans are established. • Preliminary timelines are established. • Delivery dates are established.

  4. The Engineering Phase Design • Full 2D and 3D capabilities. • All projects are completely designed. • Full assembly drawings, including ballooned stock list. • All cavity and non-standard components are detailed. • Full CAD file supplied to our client.

  5. The Build Phase State-of-the-Art Tool Room • Project is assigned to a lead toolmaker and team. • All phases of project are planned in advance, including; …Preparation for heat treat …Hole Shoot …Grinding after heat treat …Wire Program …Electrode design …Wire EDM …Electrode mfg., and EDM …Handwork …CNC Programming …Moldbase …CNC Machining …Assembly

  6. Project Management Project Management Team • Projects are tracked on a daily basis to ensure on-time delivery. • Project timelines are updated weekly and sent to our client, either by fax or e-mail. • Clients are informed every step of the way.

  7. Sample and Debug Product Validation (Optional) • 3-molding machines for sample and debug prior to mold leaving our facility. • Process validation. • Short run orders can be produced for client until they are ready for full production runs in their facility.

  8. Capabilities • Prototypes – aluminum, P-20, MUD, knock-down, models. • Production Molds – single and multiple cavity, family, cold- runner, hot-sprue and hot-runner.
