  7. FLEXROC APPLICATION • FLEXROC APPLICATION PROCESS: • FlexRoc is a combination of blended rubber granules and a resinous binder. When the two are mixed it creates a thick concrete-like consistency. • The rubber and binder are mixed in one of our mixing machines (similar to a dough mixer). The product is now ready to be spread. • Once mixed, the rubber is spread over the surface with a flat-trowel and is packed down to minimize air pockets. • To ensure the trowel does not stick to the rubber and binder, an odourless solvent is provided to dip your trowel and keep it lubricated. This allows you to glide the trowel over the surface creating a smooth and level finish. • Once applied, allow the surface to fully cure for 2-3 days. Once cured, the surface is essentially indestructible! SINGLE DAY APPLICATION

FLEXROC MAINTENANCE • MAINTAINING FLEXROC IS A PIECE OF CAKE! • Thanks to FlexRoc’s incredible strength & durability, maintaining it is quick and easy. • To keep FlexRoc looking clean and new, you can scrub the surface with a stiff bristled brush and simply hose it off. • You can even pressure wash your deck or pool deck! Now that’s easy (and durable). • If there are ever any issues with your FlexRoc surface, repairs are quick and easy. Had a chunk gouged out with a sharp object? • It can be quickly and simply repaired with just a small amount of binder and rubber to get it back to it’s former glory! • FlexRoc doesn’t fade over time. With proper maintenance, your FlexRoc surface will last decades.
