  1. DOMINGO 3 DE JULIO Lugar: Playa de Caranza y Avenida del Mar Distancia: 2,5km. – 1km - 2,5km Circuitos:Carrera: Desde la línea de meta; salida amplia, en pendiente. Recta de 160 metros y al final giro a la derecha para iniciar el recorrido ida y vuelta. La transición estará en la bajada a la playa.Natación: Playa de Caranza, dentro de la ría. El mar está en calma. El diseño del circuito es en rectángulo, dejando las boyas a la izquierda. Horarios provisionales: Salida Grupos de edad: 10:00h Salida Élite femenina: 11:00h Salida Élite masculina: 12:00h ……………………Reunión Técnica: Sábado 2 de julio a las 21:00h en el Centro Socio-cultural de Caranza
