READ MORE: Windows Azure ISV mini-case studies Real estate developers and condo purchasers are seeking ways to improve the inspection experience. bazinga! saw an opportunity to make the process self–serve and paperless with a tablet app available both online and offline. It just needed a secure cloud platform that could scale as it gained customers. SITUATION: bazinga! chose Windows Azure as the platform on which to build its subscription-based, software-as-a-service application for condo inspections. With the bazinga! Customer Care App, users can capture issues, take and tag photos, assign issues to trades, and track statuses. To make all this happen, bazinga! uses multiple features of Microsoft’s cloud platform, including a multitenant relational database using Windows Azure SQL Database, and two different types of information warehousing: Blob storage and table storage.
