  5. Example Prerequisites for PDP http://www.usarec.army.mil/hq/warrant/WOgeninfo_mos.html 920A prerequisites (ARNG): Be an E4 or above. Have a minimum of six most recent years documented experience in MOS 92Y or 91J. Civilian experience related to MOS 92Y will be taken into consideration. Soldiers must be fully deployable, able to meet all physical requirements IAW AR 40-501, be able to take and pass an approved APFT IAW FM-21-20 (standard or alternate), and meet height/weight standards IAW AR 600-9. Soldiers may request a waiver to take the Alternate Event APFT for entrance in to Warrant Officer Candidate Program NCOs must provide hard copies of all NCOERs. The preponderance of your NCOERs must reflect outstanding and exceptional duty performance ratings noted with "among the best" ratings by the Rater and "successful" and "superior" ratings by the Senior Rater. ** E4s are not required to meet this prerequisite. Have a letter of recommendation from a Senior 920A (CW3-CW5). The Senior Warrant Officer must attest to your technical and tactical competence in MOS 92Y or 91J. You must request a waiver if there is no 920A on the installation of which you're currently serving. In cases where there is no Senior 920A on the installation, the applicant is encouraged to include a letter of recommendation from a Junior (CW2-W01) 920A, or a Quartermaster Warrant Officer (regardless of MOS), or a Warrant Officer (regardless of branch). Possess six credit hours of College Level English. Successful completion of the CLEP (College Level Examination Program) general examination in English or an undergraduate degree is the only acceptable alternatives. Speech is not considered an English Course.

TECH WO PDPChecklist • Age Eligibility: 18 to 46. • US Citizen, Chap 2 Physical, Pass APFT, Meet HT/WT, Meet MOS Proponent Prerequisites, • 6 hrs College English for some MOS • ASVAB test results (minimum GT of 110) • 2. Letter of recommendation from Unit/Bn/Bde commander. • 3. DA Form 2-1 (certified copy). • 4. Personal resume. • 5. Transcripts documenting college level courses. • 6. OER/NCOERs for feeder MOS. • 7. Military school certificates (DD Form 1059) for MOS. • 8. All service documents (i.e., DD Form 214; 215; DD Form 4-1, NGB Form 22). • 9. Civilian Documents support training and experience for MOS. • 10. DA Form 705 (APFT scorecard, certified). • 11. Recommendation from CW3-CW5 who holds MOS. • 12. DA Form 5500/5501 (Body Fat Worksheet if applicable). • 13. Security clearance of “Secret” (or copy of interim clearance).

Letter from the applicant volunteering for flight school. 4. ASVAB test results (minimum GT of 110). 5. FAST test (minimum of 90) 6. DA Form 705 (APFT scorecard, certified) 7. Recommendation from facility (AASF) commander. 8. NGB Form 62E (application for Federal Recognition, w/endorsement). 9. Security clearance of “Secret” (or copy of interim clearance). 10. Birth Certificate. 11. Social Security Card (copy). 12. DA Form 2-1 (certified copy). 13. Personal resume.
