  2. Student Arrival Guidelines To safely facilitate student arrival please adhere to the following guidelines. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. Students in grades K AM and All Day through 8 will have a 30 minute arrival window from 7:30 am until 8:00 am. Our morning opening ceremony will begin at 7:50 am. Classes will begin promptly at 8:00 am. The K AM and All Day through Grade 8 Arrival Car Loop can be accessed by entering off of either Boulder Highway or through the access to Race Track Road. The traffic will merge and form 2 lanes around the back of the school to the unloading zone. If you have a preference of being in the lane closest to the school, you will want to use the Boulder Highway entrance. PM Kindergarten Students will have a 10 minute arrival window from 11:30 am until 11:40 am. Classes will begin promptly at 11:45 am. The K-PM Arrival Car Loop must be accessed by entering through the access to Race Track Road. The traffic will form 2 lanes around the back of the school to the unloading zone near the Kindergarten playground While in the Unloading Zone, please remain in your vehicle and place your vehicle in park. Your student(s) will be Unloaded via the Drivers Side of your vehicle. A strict speed limit of 5 MPH, as well as a zero tolerance for aggressive behavior will be enforced while on school property. Please yield to all children and car loop duty personnel.

Pedestrian Arrival Access to Race Track Road NO PEDESTRIAN ACCESS Faculty Parking FOR YOUR SAFETY WE ASK THAT ALL PEDESTRIANS USE THIS PATH Faculty Parking Faculty Parking Visitor Parking NO PEDESTRIAN ACCESS Boulder Highway While inside the campus perimeter please stay in the marked pedestrian path. Do not cross traffic without the aid of a Crossing Guard.A zero tolerance for aggressive behavior will be enforced while on school property. Please be cautious of all vehicles and respect all car loop duty personnel.

UNLOAD IN ZONE ONLY FOR YOUR SAFETY WE ASK THAT ALL PEDESTRIANS USE THIS PATH Faculty Parking UNLOADING ZONE PLACE VEHICLE IN PARK WHILE STOPPED UNLOAD ON DRIVERS SIDE Faculty Parking Visitor Parking Boulder Highway Single Lane Entrance While in the Unloading Zone, please remain in your vehicle and place your vehicle in park. UNLOAD IN ZONE ONLY Single Lane Entrance Access to Race Track Road Faculty Parking Faculty Parking Faculty Parking Visitor Parking Boulder Highway While in the Unloading Zone, please remain in your vehicle and place your vehicle in park. Your student(s) will be Unloaded via the Drivers Side of your vehicle.A strict speed limit of 5 MPH, as well as a zero tolerance for aggressive behavior will be enforced while on school property. Please yield to all children and car loop duty personnel.

  6. Student Dismissal Guidelines To safely facilitate student dismissal please adhere to the following guidelines. We appreciate your patience and cooperation. All students will be issued visor cards. Additional visor cards can be requested in the office at Pinecrest Academy NV. You may also use a digital photo of your students visor card on a cell phone or electronic device. To pick up a student via the car loop you must have a visor card for each student. Please keep the student visor card visible in the vehicle windshield at all times while in the dismissal car loop. If you are participating in a car pool or child care facility pick up, the vehicle picking up your children must have your students visor card. Car loop duty personnel will call for your student to be released to the loading zone. To pick up a student via Area 51 you must have a visor card for each student. Please walk onto campus via the pedestrian access and present your visor card to the designated school personnel in Area 51. Your student will be released to meet you in Area 51. We ask that all parents waiting in Area 51 remain in the designated area to prevent confusion with the students releasing to the car loop gates. An Afterschool Information form must be completed in the school office if you would like your student to be released as a walker. Please be aware that walkers are released from class at 3:00 pm to leave campus independently. The for is attached for your convenience. Students in K (PM and All Day) through Grade 8 will have a 30 minute dismissal window from 3:00 pm until 3:30 pm. The K (PM and All Day) through Grade 8 Car Loop can be accessed by entering off of either Boulder Highway or through the access to Race Track Road. The traffic will merge and form 2 lanes around the back of the school to the loading zone. If you have a preference of being in the lane closest to the school, you will want to use the Boulder Highway entrance. AM Kindergarten Students will have a 10 minute dismissal window from 11:15 am until 11:25 am. The K-AM Dismissal Car Loop must be accessed by entering through the access to Race Track Road. The traffic will form 2 lanes around the back of the school to the loading zone near the Kindergarten playground. While in the Loading Zone, please remain in your vehicle and place your vehicle in park. Your student(s) will be Loaded via the Drivers Side of your vehicle. A strict speed limit of 5 MPH, as well as a zero tolerance for aggressive behavior will be enforced while on school property. Please yield to all children and car loop duty personnel.

Students with permission to Walk/Ride off campus independently Dismissal Access to Race Track Road NO PEDESTRIAN ACCESS Faculty Parking FOR YOUR SAFETY WE ASK THAT ALL PEDESTRIANS USE THIS PATH Faculty Parking Faculty Parking Visitor Parking NO PEDESTRIAN ACCESS Boulder Highway While leaving the campus perimeter please stay in the marked pedestrian path.
