They are designed for Junior age children to Support and supplement their numeray strategies. There are also some excellent books available, most Bookshops Stock a range: click the book to see a selection.

  3. Lovely Literacy There are also plenty of sites for learning literacy skills. Click on the book to link to some you might like. Woodland Kent have a literacy zone. BBC bitesize is fun If you like reading try LoveReading4Kids You have to join this, it’s free And lots of fun

  4. Why not take the library challenge? Our local library is the most amazing place, you might meet owls, spacemen or even Johnny and his Rainbows. Have a look at this to see what is going on this summer.

  5. Parents, things we know that might help you. • The Vine, Berridge Road South has a summer homework club. • There are lots of free worksheets on the web for your children to try. Try www.abcteach.com www.enchantedlearning.com • The local library service will be able to help you find workbooks for numeracy and literacy to help support your children’s learning.
