Express Conveyor • Target Market • Destination location-site must be close to other popular retail sites. • Impulse buy • One Express Wash for every 30,000 in population. • 5 mile radius separation between sites. • Minimum 25,000 traffic count per day, with ease of access still applicable. • Target should be to capture 1% of traffic.

  5. Express Conveyor • Layout of site • Free vacuums are important, but not a deal breaker. Approximately ¼ vacuum for every car per hour. • Must be able to stack a minimum of 4-6 cars behind each pay station.

  6. Express Conveyor • Operation • Can process two transactions per minute on average. Attendant helping customer at the activation site is an added benefit. • Attendants do not touch the car. Customer is selling speed and price. • General rule of thumb: One car per hour for each foot of conveyor. • Sign the site with the emphasis on “$3.00 for 3 minutes” type of messaging. (starting to see $4 as the opening price point).

Express in the Future • Starting to see opening price points start at $4.00 • More operators trying to tie in automatic and self serve bays with their Express Conveyors. • Flex serve is becoming more popular • Express exterior is one option • Detailed interior with an exterior wash is the second option. • Ryko Rocket offers both.

Foaming Tire Chemical Application • Foaming tire chemical application provides additional “show” inside the conveyor, while improving rim appearance. • Dual nozzles to ensure complete coverage. • Up sell opportunity feature. • Can be used in conjunction with Wheel Blaster to provide optimum tire cleaning capability.

  11. High Pressure Wheel Blaster • Improves overall cleaning to the wheels of a vehicle, which has become extremely important to consumers. • Is a demonstrable feature that consumers currently spend a lot of money on at the retail level. Available with Red, Blue, or Stainless Steel Shroud. • Pivots and follows the vehicle as it passes by to ensure thorough cleaning on all sides of the wheel. • Includes center turbo nozzle. • Approximately 900 psi pressure.

New Simple Rinse and Ultra Sonic Arch • More aesthetically appealing to the customer • Provides a more open look to the interior of the conveyor • Strategic nozzles placed at 45 degree angle helps ensure complete coverage of the vehicle. • Improves overall show inside of the conveyor • Cover color options currently include Red and Blue.

Myths about The Rocket MYTH “Ryko Rocket conveyor system will not work with an ICS or DRB activation system” FACT • Ryko Rocket has the ability and has sites up and running with dual gated systems • “A la carte” options can be used with Rocket and these activation systems • Contact Doug Roush for information regarding quoting a site with ICS/DRB activation

Myths about The Rocket MYTH “Ryko Rocket does not have activation needed to run an express conveyor.” FACT • AMTTCS is the only single activation, other than DRB and ICS that has the ability to put cars into queue. • Pricing of the AMTTCS significantly lower. • If dual gates are desired, we have the ability to interact with ICS and DRB.

Myths about The Rocket MYTH “Ryko Rocket does not have the ability to shut down individual component parts should there be a failure in those parts” FACT • Other than the Tall Side Wraps, the Rocket has the ability to turn off individual components, should there be problems, and then continue to run the conveyor. • This process is done through the Ryko Code-A-Wash or tunnel controller from ICS or DRB.
