2. Project: Office of the enterprise: town Soroca, street F.Budde 34, sand and gravel pit in Vasolkovo and Slobodseia Kremen, extraction of sandstone pit in Egoreni. The company has been created in 1990. In 2006 year 99.8% shares of joint-stock company "FMC" have been sold to new owners, the enterprise was included into holding company SC ”AMG - Agro Management Grup” SRL. 2

3. Background of the industry: Construction industry today is one of the most dynamically developing industries Moldova. Impetuous growth in the domestic market of construction companies, traders, and various technologies surprises on a background of much lower rates of development in other branches of economy. Extraction of minerals depends from development of construction sector in Moldova. With growth of construction in our republic demand for production of enterprises of building materials industry starts also to grow. 3

4. Background of the FMC: Joint-stock company FMC is the specialized enterprise. Current activity of the Company covers construction branch of national economy, especially extraction of minerals. The enterprise extracts production from sand, gravel and sand stone pits, the part of production is processed on crushing-sorting equipment, receiving more extensive assortment of products and capable to satisfy the broad range of consumers. 4

Mission of the company: To become the basic and main supplier in the market of construction materials, satisfying needs and requirements of each buyer, his inquiries and wishes in the given branch. We want affirm in the domestic market as the stable, perspective company inspiring trust and wish to work and cooperate. Creation of the stable company meeting all global requirements, capable to cover own expenses and charges and thus to bring stable profit, developing manufacture and increasing an overall performance of all organizational structures. 5

6. Tasks and Purposes of the Company: Purposes of the company: To generate stable profit, minimization of risks, and expansion of activity. Tasks: holding of present market share, gaining new markets, increase of profit, costs reduction, improvement of production quality, updating manufacture, effective use of investments, increase of productivity, improvement of structure and organization of work. 6

7. Product description: The enterprise makes different production of building sector. It is: sand, gravel 5*20, gravel 20*40, gravel 40*70, broken stone (rubble), SGM (sand-gravel mix), rough stone, facing stone, sand stone blocks. 7

8. Competitive advantages: The industrial base of joint-stock company FMC is concentrated basically in northern areas of Moldova. Absence of significant scattering of industrial sites together with optimal arrangement of objects of infrastructure allows us to cut down transport expenses and increase efficiency of process and quality management. All pits are situated within the area of Soroca region, that allows us to regulate and manage organizational processes, and also transfer technical equipment and people from one pit to another in case of need without stop of production at occurrence of technical problems. 8
