Company functions • Prola Vega LLC: • holder of the mortgage on 2339 building • Will receive payments from 2339 FO LLC • PV Capital: • contributed capital to 2339 FO LLC to cover operation, maintenance, etc of building • Also includes funds for tenant improvements • PV capital earns 12% per annum preferred return • 2339 Fair Oaks LLC • Will hold obligation to make payments on Borsac mortgage note • 2339 Fair Oaks RE LLC • Will hold lease with Sunflower • Will receive and hold ground lease from Borsac • Will hold title to building • PV RE LLC • Hold promissory note with Sunflower for $1M in TI with 6% • Borsac 1
