What is Talk Together? • Computer program used for students and their communication partners to work together. • Works with Tobii Communication software. • Uses symbols for speech communication. • On every page of Talk Together, access to core words, describing words, and action words is available.

  3. What is Talk Together? • Consists of 6 stages to allow for students with a variety of needs to use the program. • Also allows for progression within the program instead of reprogramming after every advancement.

  4. Benefits • Incorporates fun activities and games into the learning so the students don’t get bored. • User friendly for both students and communication partners. • Gives students ownership of program and learning as a whole, in turn, giving students boosted self-confidence, motivation, and morale.

  5. Cost • Talk Together can only be used with the Tobii software, which costs, on average, about $1000. • Most likely, a student would have access to this program at school, not at home.

  6. Conclusion • The Talk Together program seems to be well liked by most. • Easy to use, kid-friendly, enhances learning by incorporating fun, has educational value
