  5. Apley’s Distraction • Tissue Tested • MCL / LCL • Normal Sign • No Pain with Tibial Rotation • Positive Sign • Pain with Tibial Rotation • Medial or Lateral

  6. Lachman’s • Tissue Tested • ACL • Normal Sign • No Anterior Tibial Displacement • End Point / Clunk • Positive Sign • Anterior Tibial Displacement • No End Point
