  4. 页面设置 • 方法: • 选择“文件” -“页面设置” • 进行页边距、纸张及版式的设置

  5. “插入”-“图片” 图片格式的设置 法1：击右键-“设置图片格式” 图片插入与图文排版 • 法2：“视图”-“工具栏”-“图片”

  6. 分栏排版 • 法2：文件-页面设置-文档网格，进行相应设置 • 法1：格式-分栏，进行栏数及应用范围的设置

  7. 特殊格式的使用 • 首字下沉 • 注： • 首字下沉，其效果实际上就是一个文本框,通过拖拉文本框可以实现多字下沉 • 当文档进行分栏格式设置后，不能进行悬挂设置，反之亦然。 方法:格式-首字下沉，位置包括下沉及悬挂, 如以下两图分别为下沉和悬挂,均下沉三行

  8. 页眉页脚的设置 • “视图”-“页眉和页脚” • “插入”-“页码” 按制表键TAB，进行页眉页脚对齐方式的切换

  9. 文本框的使用 水平 • “插入”-“文本框” • 文本框格式设置 垂直 • 方法：右击“文本框”－“设置文本框格式”
