1. Aggressively market to all auto glass stakeholders: • Outreach to key influencers • Explore and implement marketing initiatives to communicatewith companies and technicians 2. Evaluate and start international standardization process: • Expand internationally • Begin outreach to NWEA, AAGA other groups
3. Increase the number of accredited companies and technicians and enhance the value proposition: • Include current list of technicians on website • Develop, launch and implement local accreditation program 4. Proactively grow our funding sources including donations from various groups and securing grants: • Form funding resources to pursue various sources of funding.
In the process of synchronizing installer certification and AGSC registration program; • Test questions are being updated; • New test providers are being considered: • CEU program has been administered instead of taking test
