  2. Insomnia • Definition • Chronic difficulty with sleeping, taking various forms trouble falling asleep frequent awakening or getting a full night sleep but not feeling rested.

  3. Associated features • Chronic difficulty with sleeping taking various forms , trouble falling asleep frequent awakening or getting a full night sleep but not feeling rested. • Back pain

  4. Etiology • Nurture: Some believed that people with personality disorders were just lazy or even evil. • Nature: cannot grow in genetics.

  5. Prevalence • 40% for adults • More common in women’s. • Woman has a lot of stress and cannot sleep while their pregnancy. • worries

  6. Treatment • Do a lot of exercise • Avoid all caffeine after early afternoon and also avoid junk food( hamburger) before bed time. • Instead try a glass of milk at nights or before going to sleep.

  7. prognosis • If no treatment cause then the disorder will increase thorough time. • Insomnia cannot affect the baby while pregnancy.
