Hovedfunksjon: • Være faglige rådgivere for folkehelsesamarbeidet i Troms. • Komme med anbefalinger mht. hvor og hvordan innsats bør settes inn. • Bidra til mediautspill med faglig stoff, både i samarbeid med fylkeskommunen og i egen regi, men da vise til folkehelsearbeidet i fylket. • Være ressurspersoner ved planlegging og gjennomføring av faglige arrangement (kurs, konferanser, kompetansebygging).
