If you have a child with pre-existing condition 65 & older -Fallen into the Medicare donut hole If you haven’t been able to afford insurance for your employees If you graduated from school and lost your coverage You may be one of the millions that will benefit from ACA immediately

OVERVIEW OF THE LAW Get more health care for millions who need it Give Increased access to quality care Slow rate of cost while improving quality of care Strengthens Medicare and gives option to keep existing health plan Makes insurers accountable to consumers Reduces what families have to pay by capping out of pocket cost Require preventive care be fully covered without any out of pocket expense For Americans who like what they have, they may keep it…ACA will not affect what you already have
