  3. What is the problem? • Kroger Oxford Store doesn’t strongly encourage customers to use reusable bags. • Poor design of the size of the reusable bags • No related incentive policies

  4. “Kroger and its family stores sold an average of nearly 13,000 (31 states) reusable shopping bags per day” • Reusable bags: ≈419.35/per day for one state • Plastic Bags: ≈20,000/per day for one state
