Resources Mobilized 2005-2006 under the SDAH • Implementation Modes • Budget Support - 327.2 M • provides cash for specific line items in the DOH budget (within budget ceiling)-WB loan • Provides cash through the IRA mechanism of 10 provinces (above LGU budget ceiling)- EU grant

Resources Mobilized 2005-2006 under the SDAH Implementation Modes Others - 86.9 M • Trust Fund (WB Managed) – funds to be managed similar to WB investment projects • MDFO – funds will be on lent to provinces that needs to take a loan • Investment Projects – funds will be managed in accordance with donor guidelines
