16. National Fleet Outreach What is the National Clean Fleets Partnership? The National Clean Fleets Partnership will help large companies reduce diesel and gasoline use in their fleets through a public-private partnership that offers specialized resources, technical expertise, and support to help partner companies incorporate electric vehicles, alternative fuels, and fuel saving measures into their daily operations.
