Professional Development Programme • Date: Thursday 11th October • Time: 6.00pm followed by drinks reception • Venue: IT125G (IT Building) • Abbott Ireland is launching its Professional Development Programs in October 2007 for top tier graduate intake in July 2008 across a number of functional areas. Entry onto the programs will require a 2:1 or higher in their studies. • Abbott’s Professional Development Programs (PDP) will give recent graduates an opportunity to apply their skills in different areas and divisions through the Abbott organisation. The PDP programs are made up of four six-month rotational assignments at Abbott locations in Ireland, Europe and/or the US over two years. • Abbott Ireland will be offering Professional Development Programs in the following areas: • Engineering • Science • Business / Human Resources / Finance • Environmental Health & Safety Co-ordinated by the Career Development Centre www.nuigalway.ie/careers
