  2. Challenges. 3 I. Tobe a good leader for Y’s men in Europe and YMI. II . To continue mutual work with PAP Marit & AP Paul Erik and all members of board and club members on the following matters (in the plan). III. To popularize the questions and solutions of ACM & ICM.

  3. Plan. I. 1.To participate in as many International, Area, Regional, club meetings as possible. 2.To prepare ACMs 2012-2013 with the help of AP Paul E. 3.To help & take care of RDs through the net and personal communication.

  4. II. 1.Extension in all regions. 2.Strengthen of existing clubs. 3.To disseminate Towards 2022 on all levels. 4.To spread & strengthen the necessity of working on Christian Emphasis in clubs.

  5. ・III. 1.In all clubs: to discuss the necessity of a new image & logo of our YMI as a unique organization of peacemakers . (New names: Y’s Service Clubs, Y’s Community Clubs, Y’s Women Clubs…)

  7. Vision 2022 (growth) I. New initiative leaders ( leadership education). II. Growth goals: 1.New ways of recruiting. • Youth Clubs, younger Y’s men’s involvement ( cooperating with YMCA, another worthy organizations, groups). 2. Special focus on propagating of YES Program.

  10. Continuous ideas PAP Marit and AP Paul Erik. Increase and maintain membership in Area Europe about 250 new Y’s men every year. “Idea Bank”
