The project ultimately consisted of three bathroom remodels, a kitchen re-facing, converting the deck to interior living space, remodeling the main floor and upper floor plans, renovation/ replacement of most of the homes finishes and replacing all of the siding, windows and garage doors.

About us Keeverand Associates, Inc., Seattle Remodeling and General Contractors was incorporated in 1977 and has built hundreds of custom commercial and residential projects around the Puget Sound region. We are Seattle Remodeling and General Contractors and the majority of our work has been in the King county metro areas. We have also performed general contracting services all over the state including: Hood Canal, Hat Is., Chelan, Yakima, Cle Elum.

Cougar Mountain – Bellevue Home Remodel and Addition Project Some of the more noteworthy aspects of the project are:  A large shower/steam room with body spray fixtures and caesarstonebenches in the master suite.  The kitchen base cabinets were refaced with purple heart wood and new purple heart upper cabinets with glass doors. Mosaic stainless steel tile was used as a full height back-splash that accents the new stainless steel hood.  We installed an open joint siding system consisting of 1×4 clear cedar planks and 4′x4′ panels of Cembonit fiber cement accented with custom brake shape flashings and gutters.  We also replaced the HVAC for the house and added a wood framed deck with trex decking.
