  4. We have also been spending our time on…..

  5. We are also in the process of… Reviewing and developing the training provided to users of our services so we can best meet your needs. Looking at ways we can work with Colleges and Schools so they can get the management information they need from the student record. Spending more time out of our offices to understand better what is happening in the Schools, Colleges and Professional Services.

  6. We have also Developed our three year roadmap Worked hard to make the new Student System Partnership work Developed a Memorandum of Understanding with IS Technology Enhanced Learning to try and present Schools/Colleges with a joined up approach

  7. We know there is more we can do to improve so In 2014 we will be focussing on…………

Projects By summer 2014… More student self service Direct Admissions Phase 1 Award upload Bursaries & Scholarships Phase 1 UKBA Data Recording Data Retention SITS Upgrade MI for Direct Applications FAQ’s Phase 2 for Undergraduate Admissions and Online Registration We expect priorities in 2014/15 to include: Student & Staff Self-Service Assessment Enhancing Student Support Programme & Course Information Admissions & Scholarships MI/BI Compliance Details will emerge and be communicated in the new year.
