Anti-Trust Compliance Policy • A trade association is, such as the PTNPA, by its very nature, a combination of competitors and, therefore, must conduct its business in strict adherence to federal and state antitrust laws. • PTNPA conducts its meetings in accordance with federal and state antitrust laws. We refer members to the antitrust compliance policy found in their meeting materials.
