What are needed? • Messages between: • MN: Current Interface  Network1 • Network1 : (SFF1)  Network 2 : SFF2 • MN: New interface  Network2 • What are required for 21c to define? • Network 1 to network 2; Network 2 to network 1 • Message content generic to different networks • 21 messages (contents)  WiMAX Forum reference points (message format: MAC, control) • IS,ES,CS: • Information: Network lists, network (SFF capable?), PoA • Messages: Mobile initiated?/Network initiated? • L2 registration with target network using current interface through SFF • What triggers are relevant?
