Multi Site Multi Organization Concept • Site wise concept for multiple sites implementation using a central server • Facility managers being able to view any location data quickly by selecting the location/Site on top • User privileges can be set defining the sites to be viewed and restricted to each every user and in each and every site.

Visitor Management System • The security requirements of large organizations and infrastructure are challenging and growing increasingly. • Visitors should be screened, registered, signed in quickly and allowed to visit only the relevant areas via integration with access control devices. • These challenges are managed efficiently by eFACiLiTY’s Visitor Management system

Appointment Request • Visitors can request for appointments using a simple request form that can be displayed in the company website / portal online • Name, Organization, Purpose visit, Phone/Email of the visitor is captured • The person from whom they are requesting for the appointment, appointment date / time is captured • The details are emailed to the host for confirmation Appointment Request via Company’s website Visitor Visits Company Website Clicks on a Web link in the website Visitor fills in the request form

Accept / Reject Appointment • The host on receiving the email can click on the link to open the appointment request • The host can change the appointment date/time, Accept / Reject, Add remarks / instructions to the security / receptionist • Once Accepted, the user will be pre-registered automatically Appointment Accept / Reject by Host Host gets alert on registration via Mail & SMS Logs in to VMS Application Accepts \ Rejects the requests

Pre-register a Visitor • The host can also manually Pre-Register a Visitor based on a call/email appointment request from the visitor • Pre-registration can also be Cancelled anytime by the host Pre-registration by the Host Host fills in a pre-registration form on behalf of the Visitor Email/SMS Alert sent to acknowledge Visitor Shared with the Security Desk

  13. Out of Office / Busy • Facilitating the host / staff to record the period during which he would want any appointment requests to be disallowed. • Displaying the reason for the non-availability of host / staff. • Prevents the visitor from getting registered his appointment on these days.

  19. Visitor Sign-In – From History • By running a searching on the First name or any other detail, the full details of the visitor can be flashed from the History enabling quick registration • Purpose of visit and Host details only need to be captured. • Signing in becomes faster.

  20. Visitor Sign Out • “Visitor Sign-out” facilitates the user to close the visitor’s session by signing them out. • Visitor signs out with respect to their badge number • The items that are carried-out is checked against the ones carried-in and recorded

  22. Contractor Badge Issue • The user register the contractor for a contract period signed with him • The Contactor Badge issued can be used for multiple entry and exits and will be valid until his contract period.

  23. Host Location • The location information is linked with the staff profile to refer the host / staff’s location. • When the visitors sign in, the information such as “building / Site”, “Floor/Location” where the host is located can be identified.
