中電流離子佈植機 注意事項. 注意事項. 申請表請詳實填寫。 植入能量 (KeV) 範圍 :10~200 KeV 。 植入 劑量 (Dose) 範圍 :1E12~5E15 (ion/cm 2 ) 。 Tilt 角度≦ 60 度。未註明 Tilt 及 Twist 角度 , 預設值為 Tilt : 7° , Twist : 22° 。 非 6” 及 8” 整片 晶圓， 需以真空膠帶 粘妥於 8 吋 晶 圓 上。 8 吋 晶 圓 外圈 2 公分的範圍與晶背， 請 勿黏貼到任何東西 ( 包括破片、真空膠帶等 ) 。 晶圓厚度低於 600um 以下將有破片疑慮，請事先告知 。

  2. 注意事項 • 申請表請詳實填寫。 • 植入能量(KeV)範圍:10~200 KeV。 • 植入劑量(Dose)範圍:1E12~5E15 (ion/cm2)。 • Tilt角度≦60度。未註明Tilt及Twist角度,預設值為Tilt : 7° , Twist : 22°。 • 非6”及8”整片晶圓，需以真空膠帶粘妥於8吋晶圓上。8吋晶圓外圈2公分的範圍與晶背，請勿黏貼到任何東西(包括破片、真空膠帶等)。 • 晶圓厚度低於600um以下將有破片疑慮，請事先告知。 • 有使用到光阻者，請務必硬烤烤乾。 • 最表面層若為大面積金屬膜，請勿送件。 PS: 若有非以上或任何問題者，請聯絡: 廖苑辰工程師 分機:7583 。
