  19. External Leadership: How Can You Help? • Obtain formal, tangible recognition of the CGFM • Obtain entity participation in CEAR and SEA • Recruit CEAR and SEA reviewers • Help establish new AGA chapters (especially in State Capitals without them) General paragraph and bullets

(cont.) • Recruit new AGA members (especially early career members!) • Arrange meetings for you/me to help with 1-5 above • Identify & Act on exciting new ways to “Advance Government Accountability”! • Be visible in your community as an Accountability Professional and AGA Member! Internal Goals/Action Plan • Annual member/customer survey • Update strategic plan, based on specific member/customer input • Refine and align performance measures to clearly demonstrate progress in creating value and accomplishment of strategic goals/outcomes • Comprehensive integrated marketing plan (AGA, CGFM, CEAR, SEA awareness) General paragraph and bullets

Internal Action Plan • Provide AGA leaders all the tools they need to serve our members • Identify & implement new ways to serve members/chapters—Increase value proposition (especially for early career members) • Research possibility of international AGA chapters or affiliates • Develop integrated AGA annual and long-range performance plan & budgets General paragraph and bullets
