  4. Planungen BRSG Volkschor Schwimmbad Leichtathletik • Erhalt des gesamten Sportareals • Renovierung Schwimmbad (2,5 Mio €) • Ausbauplanungen mit den Vereinen Planungen • Ausbau für weitere Sportarten • keine Zerstückelung durch andere Nutzungen (z.B. Wohnbebauung, EKZ, etc)

  5. VfR-Verein ist im Bestand zu halten. Planungsanpassungen inkl. BRSG und Volkschor Leichtathletik und TV-Halle sowie Schulhalle und Eintracht-Platz sind Bestand Verzahnung zwischen Bestand und Bedarf Nutzung Gesamtgebiet neue Hallenkapazitäten und Sportangebote Radfahrvereinigung und Pfeil- und Bogenclub brauchen Hallenkapazität und Freigelände Ausbau des Schwimmbades im Gesamtvolumen von 2,5 Mio. €

  6. SPORTPARK mit den Angeboten: • Fussball, Leichtathletik, Schwimmen, Bogenschiessen, Behindertensport, Radfahren, Turnen, Schulsport sowie weitere zu etablierende Sportarten. Schwimmbad 30.077,01 qm TV Bürstadt 29.523,84 qm Eintracht Bürstadt 16.044,57 qm Radfahrvereinigung 19.718,40 qm VFR-Gelände 36.482,41 qm BRSG + Volkschor 1.131,56 qm Spielplatz Stadt Bürstadt 2.631,17 qm GESAMTFLÄCHE 135.608,96 qm • Ein Gesamtgebiet, das einem „SPORTPARK“ gerecht wird

  7. nicht erst seit „GLOBUS“ ist für uns eine wohnortnahe Grundversorgung Politik • bisher hat nur die CDU Bauvoranfragen für Discounter im Ostbereich abgelehnt Politik • eine Zerstückelung des Gesamtsportgeländes soll nur eine bisher verfehlte Entwicklungspolitik zwischen den Bereichen Wohnen, Versorgung und Freizeit verdecken. Der Ansatz ist falsch!
