  1. BCRD Day Camp Explorer (5-6 year olds) Camp Information Summer will be packed with fun as we “Unplug & Play” at the BCRD Community Campus. Explorer Kids Day Camp is for children 5-6 years of age. The activities and experiences are geared to meet the needs of this age group. We will play cooperative games, enjoy outdoor activities, create arts and crafts, stay active and take advantage of all the Wood River Valley has to offer. Summer 2013! • The BASIC Lunch Swimming Biking Campers may bike on park days and bike days. Please bring bikes, helmets and water bottles. Bike riding is optional but strongly encouraged. Campers ride on pre-approved routes. Please apply sunscreen before camp. Staff will reapply as needed. Explorers will have lunch from 11:30-12:00. Please bring a sack lunch and a snack every day. Purchase of lunch on-site is not always available. Snacks for purchase are available in the afternoons. Campers have an opportunity to swim twice a week. Please let the BCRD staff know if your child is NOT ready for the water. Please bring swimsuit and towel and apply sunscreen before camp. Staff will reapply as needed.
