Rowen, et al. • Tor’s question on the dependence of TW FEL on the electron energy • Looking at 13 keV (0.955 Å) FEL • Seeded FEL with 1 MW seed: • Obtained based on the SASE FEL simulation with 10 undulators for Electron bunch energy of 13.64 GeV (43.136 m) • Electron energy 10.5, 12, and 13.64 GeV • LCLS-II Undulator: period 3.2 cm, each undulator magnetic section is 3.4 m, and break length is 1 m • Electron bunch: • Start-to-end beam: mimic of ideal bunch with 4 kA peak current, 0.3 mm-mrademittance, and 1.3 MeV slice energy spread FEL and Beam Phys.
