  8. SOCOM 97-006 Miniature Multi-band Beacon (MMB) • The MMB Provides a Small, Lightweight, Man Personal Dual Band Miniature Beacon for Hand Emplacement and Orientation. It is Used for Enroute Navigation and Drop Zone Marking. • 447 MMBs Have Been Bought and 360 Have Been Fielded By USSOCOM • The Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Type Contract Has a Ceiling of $18.7 Million

SOCOM00-001 ExtremeEnvironment Handwear • This system of Gloves Dramatically Improves SOF Warfighter Capabilities to Operate in Extreme Environments. • The USSOCOM System Consists of One Pair Each of the Rucker, Carson, and Kodiak Gloves. • The U.S. Army Purchased 10,000 Systems for Use in Support Of Operation Enduring Freedom, as Well as the New Stryker Brigade in Alaska.  USSOCOM has Purchased an Additional 3,000 Systems.
