Federation of European Neuroscience Societies IBRO, International Brain Research Organisation Last year,…something important was beginning…..I was already hoping to the second edition in rome…. • PENS • the Programme of European Neuroscience Schools • an IBRO-FENS collaboration …our hope became reality
