  2. DEVELOPING THE FOUNDATION • Published an Annual Report of 2002-2003 Foundation Accomplishments • Distributed to Board, Districts, others • Posted on web site • Updated web site for foundation • Began work on updating membership structure/brochure

  3. Developed a distinct logo for generating identity of the WNRF • Developed draft strategic plan for Foundation

  4. Building Grassroot Effectiveness • Developed funding criteria for districts seeking assistance with mill levies • Provided direct support to Hot Springs CD in mill levy effort • Requested Game & Fish Commissioners license

  5. Western and National Support • Supported the efforts of the Western Coalition of Conservation Districts to serve as a voice for the Conservation Districts of the West • Supported the fundraising efforts of the National Association of Conservation Districts

  6. On - the--Ground Conservation Districts accessing Foundation for alternative funding…. • Supporting natural resource efforts of the Cody CD • Supporting natural resource programs of the Sheridan County Conservation District

  7. Education on Natural Resource Priorities • Distributed Wyoming Range & Land Management notebooks • Support and financing of the Coalition for Wyoming’s Water Outreach Campaign

  8. Voice on natural issues • Supported the Wyoming Wolf Coalition litigation • Support of the Amicus brief to be filed on Roadless appeal
