AP Agenda for october 17, 2011 • Pass out study guide for Quarterterm Test on October 25 • Finish presenting Sebring’s Heart and Soul Videos • Finish working in groups and then turn in Douglass Packet • While finishing Douglass Packet, I will call on you and grade your notebook • Begin going over argument essays; Score sample argument essay from 2011 exam • REMEMBER: Walden index due tonight by 11:59 pm; favorite JQ due to Discussion Board of turnitin.com tonight by 11:59 pm; comment on someone’s favorite JQ due tomorrow night by 11:59 pm

DE Agenda for october 18, 2011 • Assign Canterbury Tales Essay; we will work on the rough draft in-class on November 2 • Do a classify and divide pilgrims brainstorming activity for your essay • While you work on brainstorming activity, I will call on you and grade your notebook • Quiz on Canterbury Tales • Complete a story with the first line “It started out the most ordinary day until…” to compete in the GREAT STORYTELLERS activity for Thursday • Remember: Your response to someone’s favorite journal is due to Discussion Board tonight by 11:59 pm (and you should have already turned in your favorite journal to the Discussion Board); We will do our SHS Pilgrimage on Thursday—so bring your camera!!; We will also have our Chaucerian Food Celebration on Thursday after our SHS Pilgrimage
