  3. Next Progress Report • M. 28 – September 10th 2013 TechnicalProgress Report for m.19-26 The coordinator would like to propose to postpone this technical report after the MM6 in order to get the chance to evaluate the SEAP implementation situation during next project meeting in Palma

Second Technical Progress report – m.28 • Responsible for compilation: CVI • Responsible for provided info: each partner INFORMATION NEEDED: • description of activities undertaken (template from EACI sent to partners by CVI) • % of personnel effort used (only indicative) • Names of staff dedicated to the project (please highlight any change done)

  5. Interim TechnicalImplementation for m.19-27 • - Project management activities include 5th and 6th partners meeting, the 5th in Bruxelles and the 6th in Palma (Spain), and the 2nd international workshop that will take place tomorrow here in Bruxelles during the EUSEW 2013. • - In the next period all partners will work strongly on developing their SEAPs and on involving more and more their Conurbation towns in all 10 partner territories in signing the Covenant and supporting them for the development of local SEAPs approval and implementation. Trainee and Tutoring municipalities will work together with conurbation towns providing them support but also cooperating to merge or integrate common actions and creating synergies at local level in specific sectors. • - Tutoring cities will supervise Trainee Cities. Trainee cities will lead the 2nd peer-to-peer auditing and monitoring of SEAPs development. This approach is necessary to strengthen the internal capacity, while checking on another Municipality’s work. Please organise the 2nd audit within April 2014 • - Before the end of the reporting period all partners municipalities and their conurbation towns has to be submitted their SEAPs to the CoMO. • - The training WP for the consortium will be concluded with tomorrow centralised open training workshop and the two leader (Albea and Ekodoma) of the tasks related to survey, monitoring and report the result of those training sessions will provide their final deliverables. • - In the next period the development and implementation of SEAPs will be one of the main activities of the project.

  6. Interim TechnicalImplementation for m.19-27 • - Forums and participative approach should be finalised and reportable by the end of June 2013 in order start concentrate on SEAPs development. • - The coordinator and the members of the Steering Committee (4 representatives from OSIJEK, PALMA, ARAD and VRATSA), will verify that all partners are working following the planned programme and assigned responsibilities and roles. The Steering Committee will monitor each task so that the planned times, milestones, results, deliverables and deadlines are fulfilled as stated in the work-packages description. Reporting on month 29thall together that each activity was carried out according to the EC consolidated procedures and deadlines, by using EC reporting guidelines and forms. • - Communication and dissemination activities will go on as foreseen, the website will be enriched by each partner that has username and password to interact with his own page and with other partners thanks to the reserved area for the peer-to-peer activities. • - According to the Grant Agreement and the Schedule, the deliverables foreseen in the second reporting period are the numbers: D2.4, D4.3, D4.4, D4.5, D7.5, D7.4

Report on centralised training sessions for EU Municipalities – finalised by OSIJEK and VRATSA • Study Tour for Conurbation Towns in Freeburg – October 24th and 25th 2013 with ICLEI collaboration

WP 4 - SEAPs development • D4.3 month 20 (Jan. 2013 – New Deadline?) -Report on the implementation of local forums (including date, attendees, conclusions etc.) (finalised by ARAD) • D4.4 – month 24 (May 2013) - Collection of SEAPs (finalised by TIMIS) … would be possible to finalise this deliverable for that time? When could we expect a new delivery date? • D4.5– month 24 (May 2013) – Report on Conurbation Working groups (finalised by OSIJEK) … would be possible to finalise this deliverable for that time? When could we expect a new delivery date?

  13. WP 6 - Monitoring and evaluation • D6.1 month 25 – June 2013 we still work on Report on the monitoring and evaluation on training activities (leaded by ALBEA + STRAT) … would be possible to finalise this deliverable for that time?   14. WP 7 - Communication & Dissemination • D7.4 Video clip (lead by CVI) – m. 24 May 2013… the coordinator is working on it in order to deliver it within the end of September 2013 max beginning of October 2013 • D7.5Operation plan (lead by CCIV) – m.21 February 2013 (first draft) When could we expect a new delivery date? • Please remember to use new IEE Logos for all dissemination materials

LAST QUICK TIPS • When you are leading a deliverable and you finish it – please share it with all partners - YOUR SUCCESS WILL BE APPRECIATE AND THE PROJECT WILL GROW HOMOGENEOUS • When a partner is leading a deliverable and ask you to send him documents, data, surveys, etc. – please be accurate and punctual in order to make easier his job … remember that tomorrow will be your turn of leading a deliverable… • When the coordinator ask you to send him documents, data, surveys, timesheets, etc – please be accurate and punctual in order to make easier his job…remember that if you are late the project will be late.
