You and EnglishLanguage input Activity on "you and English": After drinking too much booze you probably have a hang-over  Here's an article about English middle-class, middle-aged people's drinking habits : http://www.news-medical.net/?id=31229 to do an internship / to be an intern (or as the Americans say "a slave") to give a presentation to run smoothly / to be bumpy. We had a smooth / bumpy start. All works well except for some hick-ups. I want to refresh / brush up my English to strengthen my English skills What’s your opinion on / about this subject ?  Based on what you've just told each other, what does this tell you / us about how you learn best? Talking, communicative activities, friendly atmosphere, subjects / topics you’re interested in, we all stick to English
