  2. Who are we??? • Michaela- • Pennsylvania Association of Student Councils 2014 President-Elect and 2015 State President • Brooke and Hannah- • 2015 State Conference Co-chairs

  3. What Does that Mean? 2015 State Conference Host School- Halifax High School Nov. 12, 13, 14- 2015 We represent Halifax on a State and National Level!!!

  4. PASC State Conference • 3 days at school, 2 nights with host family • 3 nationally known speakers • Up to 1000 student leaders from PA attend • 3 leadership workshops • Unique and memorable experience • Last one in Central PA? 43 years ago!!!

  5. We can do this! Our Cafeteria held 350-400 students during our District Conference on March 7th!

  6. We can do this! Our HS GYM held over 1,000 students & advisors during our District Conference on March 7th!

  7. We can do this! Our Registration ran very smoothly during our District Conference on March 7th!

  8. We can do this! We will have over 40 student-led workshops (leadership classes) for students to attend!

  9. More things we have planned! • Climbing workshop at Camp Hebron! • Thursday- fun activities for students! Inflatables, DJ, vendors, hypnotist, game show and more! • Friday night- Banquet and dance at PA FARM SHOW BANQUET ROOMS!

  10. But we NEED your help! • 9th & 10th grade- you will be Juniors & Seniors! You will be the leaders! • Ways to help? - Join our council & join or lead a committee! - Ask your parents/family to be host parents! - Donations of all sorts (food, pens, drinks, $)!

  13. Time to start getting READY! • Stu Co Membership?...pick up a packet, turn it in by April 15th. Pick up NOW or in HS Office. • Talk to your parents about being host parents! Info will be on the school website! • Support our fundraisers and/or help us get donations of all kinds!
