  3. Significant Learning Activity Share a story of a significant learning experience you had in school. What did you do? Who was there? Where did the experience take place? Why do you think this experience had such an impact on you? In other words, what elements were implanted into that experience that made it so profound? (3 Minutes)

  7. A Word on Reaching Common Ground Consensus does not mean 100% agreement on all decisions. Rather, it means that no decision is final until all members of a group agree that they can live with it and support it. Achieving consensus take time, trust, and a willingness to compromise. Each member must get an opportunity to influence the thinking of the group.
