Training Overview • 23-01.08 Trainee shall define procedures to be used in electrical emergencies. • 23-01.09 Trainee shall define fire service lighting equipment. • 23-01.10 Trainee shall define safety procedures when using fire service lighting equipment. • 23-01.11 Trainee shall demonstrate the use of portable power plants, lights, cords, and connectors. • 23-01.12 Trainee shall define safety procedures as they apply to emergency operations, specifically: • protective equipment • riding on apparatus • team concept • hazardous materials incidents • portable tools and equipment • 23-01.13 Trainee shall identify the safety purpose of the 2 in 2 out rule per NFPA 1403.
